keep one "unofficial meet" thread open and we'll refer to it every friday. just remove the date to make it generic.

only issue with keeping the thread open is that it is going to become REALLY long. some people might also get confused as to exactly what day everyone is talking about. i think it would be better to post a new thread each week.

Every week of so remove the unofficial thread and make a new one in its place. Don't abandon but remove the thread.

im all for that idea, but then it removes things that were said. i really dont want to get rid of anything someone says on here. i think im just gonna go with the idea of allowing a new thread to be started each week. each thread will be closed the tuesday following the meeting.

do we really need a thread for EVERY unofficial meeting? maybe if something special is happening, but now if it's a regular meet...

I figure if we have a message board, why not use it? Nothing wrong with posting if you want to find out who is showing up at the meets, unofficial or not. What's the harm?

i agree with Ken on this one. unforutnately there are some people that dont know how to read and dig up old things that shouldve been left to die. thats when people like me come in and close things down.
